Pannarat Thanapolboonyaran made her move in today's 2nd round of the Idemitsi SAT Thailand LPGA Masters, shooting a 3 under par round of  69 to head into tomorrow's final round tied for the lead with overnight leader Budsabakorn Sukapan at 7 under par.

Thanapolboonyaran, who like Sukapan has been plying her trade in 2016 as a rookie on the US LPGA Tour, came home to Bangkok in fine form after finishing in a tie for 22nd at the Manulife Classic in Canada, sending a message that she would be a force to be reckoned this week.

Tomorrow's final round should be a shoot-out for the title, with 8 players within 4 strokes of the lead.

The leading ALPG player Canada's Kyla Inaba shot another solid round of 71 to be just 3 strokes back at 3 under par. and is in there with a genuine chance of claiming her first professional victory.
