Refund Policy

1.  Withdrawals received by the ALPG Office prior to the closing date for entries will not attract any administration fees and will receive a full refund. This will be done by the method of payment (i.e. if you pay by credit card your card will be credited the refund amount).
2. Non-medical withdrawals received after the closing date of entries but prior to seven (7) days before the commencement of a Pro-Am will attract an administration fee of 50% of the entry fee. (i.e. your refund will amount to 50% of the entry fee and will be done by the method of payment).
3. There will be NO refund of entry fees for non-medical withdrawals within seven (7) days of the commencement of a Pro-Am.
