Gate Opening and Closing Times

Thursday – Friday Gates will open at 6.00 am and will close approximately half an hour after play concludes

Saturday – Sunday Gates will open at 7.00 am and will close approximately half an hour after play concludes

Access to the Course

Pedestrian entrance to the course is located on the east side of Ross Street. Course access is available to all patrons. Patrons are to stay outside the ropes and follow the marshal’s instructions when crossing the fairways at the designated crossing points.

First Aid

As you walk in the entrance of the course please make sure you take note of the St John Ambulance personnel who will be positioned directly opposite Tees Clubhouse and the official merchandise tent for the duration of the tournament.

Daily Draw Sheets

The daily draw sheet will be made available from the Information Booth.

Event Program

The official tournament program will be available at the entrance of the course.


Event ATM will be onsite, located within Tees Clubhouse, service fees apply.

Mobile Phones Policy

Patrons are required to turn their phones to OFF or put on SILENT whilst on course.

Digital Cameras / Video Cameras

Digital Cameras/Video Cameras are strictly prohibited at the event. The only people with official media accreditation will be able to take photographs.

Inclement Weather

A Golf Tournament can still continue in raining conditions. If the weather is potentially dangerous to players and patrons then a SIREN will sound and play will be suspended. If the siren sounds patrons are advised to seek shelter immediately and AVOID THE FOLLOWING – Open areas, hill top and high places, isolated trees, golf carts, grandstands, telephone poles, metal or wire fences and metal stakes.

Lost and Found

All lost property will be directed to the Tournament Office.

Prohibited Items from course (from Tuesday – Saturday)

  • Audio or video equipment
  • Cameras
  • Televisions, radios or any noise producing devices
  • Large eskies or milk crates or step ladders
  • Signs, posters or banners
  • Firearms, weapons or explosives etc
  • Alcoholic beverages or glass bottles
  • Bicycles
  • Pets
